Penny Stocks Daily
Friday, August 20, 2004

Good Morning,

Despite our forecast, oil continues to rise towards $50 a barrel.  Recent reports whow that demand has increased by 10-40% at
the most in a few major oil consuming nations.  Continued unrest in Iraq and questions over whether or not the Saudis can pump
it up soon will continue to bring in speculators.  One thing is clear that with oil's chart resembling something like Amazon in
1999,  someday soon it will fall hard and fast.  Consumers have barley felt any affects from these extreme levels since the price
of gas has not yet matched this overzealousness, and have even continued downward.  Depending on which side of the equation
oil companies are on, they are starting to feel the effects.  Secondary oil sensitive stocks such as plastics and transportation
issues have not yet felt the pressure, but if we stay here for a few months, they will almost certainly have to pass the buck on to
consumers.  With this price, the DOW will almost certainly trade according to oil and will probably stay right where it is for a
bit.  We expect that oil may hit the mark that everyone thinks it will, $50, and mat find a ceiling there.  We would expect shorts
to come in and profit taking galore, and anyone buying oil for longer than a couple of weeks or months right now is absolutely
crazy

New Initiatives and Recent Developments
We are at the upper end of our Penny Stock allocation right now and simply cannot afford to initiate any new buys.  With aprox.
92% in Pennies, we do have enough funds available to add to one of our positions that meets our next buy point, hopefully
TRPL.  We will be selling TFCT today and hope to meet at least one of our other profit targets soon.  Yesterdays rally may
continue in our portfolio so we will keep a close eye on our winners to avoid giving back the gains.  In other words we would
like a little more cash to hunt for bargains next week.

We will wait patiently for a pop in this issue which may come in anticipation of their quarterly earnings due out any day now.
This excessively light volume is warranted, given the fact that everyone has absolutely no news to trade on.  We have seen this
kind of weak trade before, just before a huge spike in volume and price.

With a dividend coming in the form of 1 share of stock for every 90 something owned of one of MOBL's holding companies,
which will probably be valued around a nickel a share, heavy trade has returned to this issue causing price stability, which is not
nesacarily good for us.  We do, however see a new bottom in the mid $.20's and will hold on for our profit target.  The price
they paid for their last acquisition is right in line.

There is just to much insider selling going on, no that anything negative is to come, but they are ready to sell in to any positive
news, such a we saw yesterday.  The news should have sent this stock towards $.08 or so, but we saw selling again at he end
of the day just enough to keep it at $.06.  We expect this to continue and will step aside for now and wait until things cool off a
bit.  We will be selling today and would expect to get $.06 or more a share.  We will most definitely come back to this issue
within a few weeks, if insiders quit dumping.  The loss will be very minimal as we are not to heavily invested.

Daily Tip

When stocks sell off on heavy volume for no apparent reason, never assume that it's a good time to buy.  Wait for news because
sometimes events can happen that are public, but are not reported for a day or two.  This happens a lot on the OTC BB.  One
example would be if a judgment was reached in court instantly becoming public knowledge but not instantly released on the news
wire.  Most news from these companies are internal press releases any way and are rarely from an outside source.  Remember
that any huge fundamental change will be reported to the SEC and available to you.  Big sell offs can also be the result of related
news such as mortgage rates or new laws.  It could also simply be a technical sell off.  Never act right away in these situations
because when the news does come out, the first sell off was just the tip of the iceberg.

Good Morning,

We were surprised by yesterdays rally and are overwhelmingly happy to see the markets completely ignore the price of oil.  This
coupled with the fact that a lot of people seem to think that $50 oil is well priced in to the market leads us make a bearish
forecast.  We think that Oil has topped and any decrease will certainly allow the stock market to continue to rally.  We are
looking at a second week in a row of gains which will likely bring more investors on board.  The lack of the volatility index to
find an extreme reading leads us to believe that we have not found this years bottom and expect sometime in lat September, or
early October.  Futures point to a lower open, but we expect a rally today, especially on the NASDAQ.  The amount of attention
given to Googl and hoe well it does will be the key to finding out where this tech sector is headed.  Overall things appear to be
quite healthy.

With near record volume and advancers beating decliners on the OTC BB, we have seen a huge change in sentimant on the
Penny Stock index.  These stocks are feeling frisky and we will likely see plenty of huge percentage winners, possibly even with
the stocks in our portfolio.  Be ready to take profits for anything that skyrockets as you likely will not be able to find those
extreme prices again for a while.  The OTC BB has been bearish for a couple of months now and this is historically it's time to
shine.

New Initiatives and Recent Developments

We are heavily invested in Penny Stocks for the moment making it hard to pursue any new issues.  We expect to take profits in
a few issues shortly if this market continues to rally and we feel that right now is not the best time to be buying.  We will
however add to any of our positions that fall below our next buy point.

We see a strong possibility that ATNG will release their quarterly report within the next couple of days even though they have
until next week.  It will be critical to make moves immediately.  If it turns out the new auditors find that their really was not a
2.1+ million dollar profit, then we need to get out immediately.  If heir is anything positive we will continue to hold for our profit
target, which may be met pretty quick.  We are only selling immediately if we see the word mistake concerning those previously
announced profits.

Daily Tip

We would like to discuss the difference between a good company and a good OTC BB company.  When you buy a listed stock
you are buying a company that is owned by so many more people than a bulletin board stock.  In giant corporations things like
executive pay, what insiders are buying or selling, and how much they waste on expense accounts don't matter very much.  In
our world these things are much more important, think of an over the counter stock as a Mom and Pop company.  In many
cases one or two people run the entire company and even do the accounting and SEC fillings.  We must determine what
company's legitimately make or sell a product or service, and not just push paper around to sell shares to the public.  A good
way to do this is to spend five minutes researching a company and if you can't figure out what they do, make or sell, then
forget about it.

Good Morning,

The market continues to be obsessed by the short term price swings of oil.  There is no shortage of positive earnings and
inflation seems to be under control.  We currently have an average P/E of around 20 on the S&P which is by no means a
historical low, but is way below what we saw even last year.  We expect the stock markets to pull back a bit today unless we
see a dramatic drop in crude oil futures which are above $47 dollars a barrel.  We are still looking for the bottom to be
confirmed by the Volatility index.  We need to see a reading somewhere well above 20 which would match the lows of the past
several years.  We expect a significant rally once the elections appear to work themselves out, no matter who wins, but we will
likely see a huge one or two day sell off in October.  This will be the time to buy an ETF like the QQQ, and may provide
substantial percentage gains in a short period of time, possibly peaking as early as February of next year.  Futures point down
today and the markets will almost certainly reciprocate the price of oil.

Volume on the overall markets was light which is to be expected this time of year.  We did, however, see over 3 billion shares
traded on the OTC BB but were mostly from a couple of issues in the $.0001 range.  Advancers came very close to matching
decliners which is usually a positive sign for this market.  The number of issues remains steady at around 3275 and we would
like to see them even pull back a little from here.  Over all we have seen this market fall in line with the NASDAQ on a daily
basis.  Overall volatility remains high in Penny Stock land, and we will look for breakouts from all of the recent lows that have
been set.

New Initiatives and Recent Developments

We added to one of our favorite positions yesterday, ONEV, as the ask came down to our next buy point.  We would like to get
rid of another small position we are in and if we continue to see insider selling in TFCT we will have to step back.  Also we plan
on getting rid of ATNG on the next significant bounce which will bring plenty of cash for new issues to the portfolio.  We
expect to take profits in MOBL as well and buy more on a pull back.  We do have sufficient cash currently to add to some of
our newer positions that we are still lightly invested in, but only if they meet our buy conditions.

ABTG is one of several stocks in our portfolio that pulled back slightly after their 10Q was releases.  Kind of a buy the rumor
sell the news scenario.  The spread on the level two widened to a distance we have not seen in a while showing a differenced of
opinion.  Their prospects remain strong and support has held up very well.  We will simply hold until we see some more
agreements from ISP's or electrical companies, and positive results from their field trials.

As we await ATNG's 10Q which is late, but not delinquent, we expect the stock to slowly run until it comes out.  Anytime their
is such high anticipation for an earnings release to see where profits came from, we rarely see a huge percentage spike when it
comes out.  Think about it, what do you plan to do when earnings come out, buy or sell.  We do expect some kind of twist that
will send this issue higher and we will remain patient.  We see no need for a stop loss at this time and will almost certainly
average down one more time if we get to the low $.002's.

We saw ONEV pull back a little bit after the stock ran up slightly ahead of their earnings.  Their was nothing bad in the 10Q, but
their was nothing overly exciting either.  This gave us the opportunity to add more shares with the standard 7%  of the portfolio
and bring our average down.  We expect news shortly regarding some kind of agreement with a major technology company
regarding their 4th generation voice recognition products which are the best out their.

Daily Tip

Lets talk about when to sell a stock because of news.  We know that buying a stock is the easy part and we never do it right
after good news.  Always buy when there has been no news for a while.  The only time to sell a stock is either on good news or
very bad news.  We typically average down, but if horrible news comes out, its obviously better to sell everything for a loss and
save a lot of money.  Only look for news that changes the entire fundamental structure of the company.  Be sure to read
everything that comes out because even the worst news can sound good in a press release.  One example would be if the
headline reads "WXYZ corp announces restructuring and intent to purchase ABCD inc."  At a glance this almost appears O.K.,
but further scrutiny will uncover that the company has ceased all operations and is currently looking for a couple of companies
that are worse off than them to buy.  A lot of times things will work out but the stock is definitely going down and not returning
to the same levels for quite some time.  You usually have 20-30 minutes to get out at a reasonable price and watch for the dead
cat bounce the next day.  It is definitely important to monitor news throughout the day for sells but not buys.

Tuesday, August 17, 2004

Good Morning,

The market rallied nicely yesterday which started out as a bit of a short covering dead cat bounce, and continued higher as the
price of oil fell considerably.  This mornings economic data should be what the market and the FED has been looking for.
Housing starts were up more than expected and inflation seems to be well under control.  Futures are rallying again today and
we expect to see the Dow up another 60-80 points mid morning.  Whether or not we can get another 100+ point advance will
depend on the price of oil.  As long as their is no significant developments over seas, we expect to see Crude futures continue
to pull back.  We were looking for 1080 on the S&P as a key price to watch.  This was th low end of this years trading range
and has recently become a ceiling after the markets found new lows.  The key will be whether or not we can close the day
above this number and more importantly, the week.  The NASDAQ has some ground to make up but is coming along nicely.
Everyone will be watching the Dow to see if it goes back above 10,000, but is in our opinion the least significant number.

We again saw sustained volume on the OTC BB but see no signs of a breakout.  We will watch today to find out if this market
will lag the major indices and rally, or if Blue chips are making a false move.  We will examine individual sectors with respect to
all markets to try and get to the bottom of this.  With volatility returning to the over all market, many traders are quite playing
ETF's and will return to the OTC BB once things slow down.  We saw plenty of quarterly reports out after the bell so we could
get some movement today.

New Initiatives and Recent Developments

We sold our smallest position yesterday which was small for a reason.  BSIO was pretty much a long shot and the small loss is
no where near damaging.  We still like the longer term prospects, but with the spotlight falling away from homeland security as
we approach years end, makes it difficult to see any significant interest in the short to mid term.  We would buy again at a
much lower price.  We now have a good bit of cash to work with and will add to any of our current positions that meet our
next buy point.  As soon as we see what is happening to Penny Stocks in relationship to the markets, we may initiate several
new positions this week.

impressed with how much cash they have.

ATNG filled a notification of late filling and said that their quarterly report would be out by next Monday.  This is somewhat
disappointing, but found the reason mostly viable.  We usually see this whenever a company changes their accounting firms
mid quarter.  We may see a pullback but will hold steady an may even buy a little bit more if prices get extremely low.
Remember that we never follow a stock below $.001 but we are no to concerned right at the moment.  Their is no reason we
can't wait at least another week.

Daily Tip

As you may know, we only trade long positions at this time.  Te reason is that we have found a much better return can be
achieved by staying on one side of the market.  It needs to be the right side, however, and the current bull market fits the bill.
By only trading long, we are able to keep trading cost's down, limit the amount of risk at any given moment, and increase our
winning percentage.

Penny Stocks Daily
Monday, August 16, 2004

Good Morning,

We should continue to see light summer trading for the rest of this month, especially with the Olympics underway.  Oil will
again play a roll today, and is due for a pullback.  There is simply not enough of a supply and demand discrepancy to warrant
these kinds of prices.  There are other elements at play here and we expect oil to crash hard very shortly.  This will almost
certainly send the stock market on a nice rally.  We have not seen a 300+ point rally on the DOW in close to a year now, and as
soon as volume returns from vacation, we could see it.  The question on our minds, however, is whether or not we can say that
money managers have done their end of the year selling yet to take advantage of tax breaks and the wash sale rule.  We would
like to see the volatility index (VIX) stay above 20 for a few days and even approach 23 before we attempt to call a bottom here.

We saw steady trading activity on the OTC BB on Friday with advancers and decliners almost matching each other.  The
number of issues traded on this venue continues to increase slightly.  We are looking for over two billion shares traded and
spread out evenly, coupled with advancers beating decliners for the first sign of a turn around in this market.  We also expect
penny stocks to lead the over all markets when we head back up.  Aklaim, maker of video games, may be delisted this week
from the NASDAQ small cap and join the ranks of the OTC BB.  We are not recommending a buy here, but would keep an eye
on this one as it presents a couple of good trading opportunities.  They have a credit extension till the end of this week and may
work out things with their new one before that.  Delisting is already priced in, but bankruptcy looms.  We will keep an eye on
this one as it will likely be an OTC BB volume leader once it gets here.

New Initiatives and Recent Developments

We are heavily invested in penny stocks right now and will likely sell one or more of our positions soon in order to have funds
available to add to any of our current positions that meet our next buy condition.  We are also watching several new possible
opportunities.

found a way to route around transformers, which appears to be one of the only things holding this technology back.  We expect
some interest soon.

We saw a bit of a rally yesterday as a couple of smaller Market Making firms finally fell off the ask.  We saw small trades
moving the price up and with earnings coming out very soon, we expect a pop.  We will hold our profit target intact and will
take half profits at that point and put in a trailing stop loss for the rest for the position about $.001 below the profit target.

We will be selling our entire position today on any kind of rally.  We have just not seen the interest that we thought we would
and with this position being our smallest, a tiny loss will not mean much of anything.  We may come back at a lower price.

As a newcomer to the portfolio, CICI has held up well so far, but we have seen light volume, and will likely continue to.  We
will remain patient with this veteran Penny Stock.

Over all MOBL' earnings and forward guidance was positive.  We will need to see another acquisition soon to show that they are
still on track.  This stock could rise to the dollar range in a very short time.

We like the prospects of this company enough to continue to look for another buy.  There is great support in this area and we
will continue to try and buy at our next condition, which was not met on Friday, as the ask never came down enough.

We have seen a lot of insider selling lately with this issue, but todays news will likely keep us above $.06.  We will continue to
evaluate this position and it may be the next to go.  We will however remain patient.

Volatility has dried up a little bit with this issue.  We are still waiting for some news from this company, and without any, there
is no reason to act at the moment.  We expect some kind of results from their cheap and accurate AIDS test's, and there
continued medical devices acquisition activity.

Daily Tip

Aggressive buying is something that should be done rarely.  When market conditions dictate, however, it is important to get the
job done as quickly as possible.  When aggressively buying an OTC BB stock it is important to exhibit patience but
determination, and not to let the Market Makers know what your doing.  Simply place your limit order at the ask and wait for it
to be filled.  You do not want to give the MM's anything to work with.  We typically don't mind playing games as we tend to get
a better price, but when you have made a clear decision, and time is the most important factor, it is not play time.
