| Penny Stocks Daily Friday, July 30, 2004 Good Morning, Futures indicate that the market will likely give up most of the gains made yesterday, although the NASDAQ will be hard pressed to do the same after it led the charge yesterday by a significant amount. Earnings remain mixed, although from a historical standpoint, they are quite attractive. Oil again made fresh highs Thursday on supply fears from Russia. This will keep the stock market subdued as the fear of inflation will raise substantial doubts about the FED's inclination to raise interest rates slowly. So far we have seen the same response from the market as we did in 1994, when like today, there was no imminent threat of inflation on paper, but the FED acted as if there was. The markets were range bound through the early part of those rate hikes, and finally broke out to the upside towards the end of the year. We expect the same thing this year, with market breaking out after end of the year tax advantaged sales, some where around November. As stocks tiptoe around the low end of the trading range, and with earnings remaining positive, the next leg up will be more powerful as valuations are a little bit more rational. It appears that the economy grew less than expected last quarter on high energy prices, and mild weather which curbed the retail sector. We may see the markets act positively to this news, as bonds begin to sell off. Volume on the OTC BB remained light yesterday, but we saw a slight pick up from Wednesday. We actually saw advancers beat decliners by a slight margin, which is rare, and quite positive. We are beginning to see less interest in ultra low priced stocks on this venue such as those trading below $.001, and more activity in stocks over a nickel. This would explain the lower share volume, sustained dollar volume and the slightly higher number of transactions. We would still like to see more issues on the OTC BB being weeded out, although we do not necessarily want to see increased listing standards. Basically we think that anything that continues to separate this market from the pink sheets is positive. New Initiatives and Recent Developments This morning, our portfolio is 94% invested in penny stocks, and 6% in cash. This is unusually high and we expect to sell all or part of a position soon. We do, however have just enough cash to add to any position that meets our next buy condition today. A few days ago, we had less than 4% cash, nothing has changed from the actual amount of cash, simply the proportions. The Portfolio Atng Inc. We have an unusually aggressive approach for this issue today and will add the rest of our cash if and only if we can get shares for $.0041. Additionally we have moved our stop down to $.003 and will only sell if there is less than two or three MM's left at that price, depending upon how much cash you have invested. We feel that there is a high probability of another significant percentage pop in this issue and would hate to be stopped out on a shake out just below the recent lows. Adding to the position here would bring down our average just enough to allow us a reasonable exit strategy if need be. ____________________________________________________________ Bio One Corp BICO Quick Snapshot Quick Links Closing Price: $.079 www.bioonecorp.com 52 week high: $.585 SEC fillings and insider transactions 52 week low: $.0600 Level II Yesterdays Dollar Volume: $80,000 Time and Sales Yesterdays No. of Trades: 39 Financials Avg. Learn whats behind them and what makes them tick. There are mainly two kinds of indicators, leading ones and trend following ones. No matter how complicated the inner workings of these indicators are, there are only two elements available for analysis, price and volume. Leading indicators tend to place more emphasis on the most recent data, making them constantly change as time goes on. Simple indicators use the same amount of weight for all data, and it is important to understand the difference. The single most important bit of advice for using these tools is to wait for confirmation from a diverse group of them, and only trade when several indicators point in the direction of your trade. It can be difficult to find the right ones and proper time frame for penny stocks, given the choppy nature of the trading, but keep trying and typically, the longer the time frame, the better. Whether or not you agree with technical analysis is not important, the fact is that most traders use them, and that is what makes them work Enjoy Your Trading Day, Penny Stocks Daily Penny Stocks Daily does not receive any compensation whatsoever from the companies we follow. | Penny Stocks Daily Thursday, July 29, 2004 Good Morning, Stocks stayed relatively flat yesterday on light volume. Weak summer trading may be upon us again which may last until late August. We do, however feel that the markets are exhibiting signs of a short to mid term bottom. With oil selling at historically high levels again, we would expect to see a sharp sell off in securities, we have not. Instead, it appears that any and all concerns surrounding the markets are already priced in. There is no reason for a dramatic rally however, and e expect to see these markets form a long sustained base, which will actually be quite healthy for them. Foreign markets were down last night considerably, and futures point to a slightly higher open so we do not expect anything huge today. We will continue to look for a mid day reversal to the upside on heavy volume to confirm the current trading range. Volume on the OTC BB was dramatically lower yesterday which lines up with the over all markets. Decliners beat advancers by the standard 7 to 6 ratio, and we did not see any issues doing more than 100 million shares, which is quite rare. The number of stocks quoted on this venue has increased slightly over the past couple of weeks pointing to a bottoming. This fact coupled with yesterdays weak trading activity may point to a set back in OTC BB quality and liquidity, which has been steadily climbing ever since the format was invented. One day certainly does not make a valid argument but we will continue to watch for this trend to continue. OTC BB securities tend to forecast underlying major market moves. New Initiatives and Recent Developments Most of the positions we are currently in are allowing anyone to get in below our current average. This is also a good time for anyone who is not invested according to our allocation recommendations to get up to speed, but remember to take your time and let things happen naturally. We expect to be selling some positions soon giving us more cash to buy new issues, and add to any ones that we feel are worth beefing up. The Portfolio Atng Inc. The worst part is to see only 5000 shares of a much larger order being filled and watch the stock run away on you. If this happens do not pull the rest of you order and chase it. That is exactly what they want you to do. Sit tight and wait for it to come back down. If it doesn't you've still made a profit and if it does you get that price again with no extra commission. Try not to be to concerned about the extra cost, however, if the stock appears to be weaker than when you bought it. Be prepared to pull your order if you see the price barreling down quicker than the last time. Then you'll be happy you only got 5000 shares on your first try. | Penny Stocks Daily Wednesday, July 28, 2004 Good Morning, Consumer confidence is up to it's highest level in over two years which gave the markets a bit of a rally. Yesterday was the first time we saw positive action in the stock market, while oil continued higher, close to $42 a barrel, in over a week. The DOW and NASDAQ were definitely due for an oversold rally, and we may see some short covering to bring the NASDAQ again over 2000 within the next few weeks. With the earnings picture mixed, we may begin to see investors realize that with the excessive growth of the past year, companies simply needed to cool off, and the current speed bump has allowed valuations to return to more historically normal levels. The kind of downward trend that has been placed upon us will be difficult to reverse, however, and yesterdays subdued rally probably won't change sentiment. We may need to see a small dip below this years lows over the next few days to really bring in the bargain hunters and with volume making a late summer comeback, they may be just in time. Volume has again returned above 2 billion shares on the OTC BB and the reasons for which create a mixed trading activity outlook. DRKD did close to a half a billion shares and was up 100%. This is a plus for activity, even though it did not add to dollar volume considerably. The recent reverse split of GWAD causes about a half a billion shares to vanish a few weeks ago, but this issue has returned to the sub $.001 range and yesterday did over 300 million shares. This is a negative for trading activity. Over all dollar volume and the number of transactions per day has been steadily increasing over the past few days, after a recent decline. This could be a sign that a major move could be coming in the general markets, the direction of which is typically determined by the overall trend, which could be anyone's guess right now. New Initiatives and Recent Developments Our portfolio is currently 97.1% invested in penny stocks. This is way over our standard amount and gives us zero opportunity to add to our current positions that meet our next buy point, buy any new issues, or use our cash in an ETF. The answer to this problem is simple, we must sell something. ATNG has been in our portfolio for a very long time and we have moved our profit target down. This does not necessarily mean that you should move yours down, as we understand that everyone is not invested exactly as our portfolio is. We will be taking an aggressive sell stance on a few other issues, but will need to see a little bit of movement to determine which one will be the most beneficial. Simply put, we have no cash available in the portfolio to buy to initiate any new buys, but we expect to shortly, and if you have available funds, by all means buy at our target prices and continue to approximate our allocations. The Portfolio Atng Inc. We will not be buying any more, and have initiated a stop loss at $.004 where we will sell the entire position if there becomes less than two or three Market Makers at that bid price. Additionally we have moved our target down to $.0079 in the hopes of making a tidy profit in a shorter amount of time. Right now should be an enjoyable time to pick bottoms as most investors turn their tails and run. Everyone that ever made a dime in the markets has bought when everyone else was selling. This can't be done blindly, however, use this time to be more selective. If you can't seem to turn your frown upside down then step back and do nothing. This will almost certainly be better than dumping all of your stocks and watching them rise back up as most investors do. This is one of Wall Streets only good sayings, buy when there's blood on the streets. We still expect to remain flat on the year, but their should be plenty of short term trading opportunities. Volume continues to pick back up on the OTC BB, and we historically tend to see this increase in activity during the fall. This could be a sign that with plenty of people starting new jobs this year, their vacation time may be shorter than they would like. New Initiatives and Recent Developments We are currently strapped for cash in our portfolio and will need to take a sell side stance shortly with a few of our positions. We remain patient and will still stick to our current plan. We were stopped out of our QQQ position which is a kind of safe haven for our cash, but with much more potential that a money market fund. We will continue to pursue a good strategy with this most heavily traded stock in the world. The Portfolio Atng Inc. ATNG Quick Snapshot Quick Links Closing Price: $.0056 www.atnginfo.com 52 week high: $.031 SEC fillings and insider transactions 52 week low: $.0030 Chart Yesterdays Dollar Volume: $7,264 Time and Sales Yesterdays No. of Trades: 44 Financials Avg. We have seen trading activity come down to this anemic level many times before, only to come back even stronger with excessive percentage moves. With their recent announcement of almost 2 million dollars in profits exceeding their current market cap by a significant amount, we are only looking for a couple of things that could derail this issue. One is dilution, of which we have not seen any recently, and with this stocks current support level, we do not expect to see any soon. The second would be if these profits were simply creative accounting. Investor relations has laid out a pretty good case, although a few questions remain. The latter of these two concerns will not necessarily take us out of this position permanently, but we will continue to look for any fundamentally bad news. ____________________________________________________________ Bio One Corp BICO Quick Snapshot Quick Links Closing Price: $.077 www.bioonecorp.com 52 week high: $.585 SEC fillings and insider transactions 52 week low: $.0600 Level II Yesterdays Dollar Volume: $58,112 Time and Sales Yesterdays No. of Trades: 67 Financials Avg. This makes for less trading activity on down days, which can always be construed as positive. Although we have seen the momentum from their acquisitions slow a bit, we must realize the amount of money they are dealing with, and the huge potential of these Chinese Companies, if the biopharmacuetical business continues to grow as it has been. We are keeping a close eye on this one and, although our next buy level will remain in tact, we may consider a stop loss shortly. We need to see which way this position moves on the next heavy volume day. ____________________________________________________________ BSI2000 BSIO Quick Snapshot Quick Links Closing Price: $.081 www.bsi2000.com 52 week high: $.510 SEC fillings and insider transactions 52 week low: $.0380 Charts Yesterdays Dollar Volume: $58,112 Time and Sales Yesterdays No. of Trades: 13 Financials Avg. We originally bought at $.17, sold in the mid $.20's, bought back at $.199, and now have another chance for profits. This is one of those issues that does not come around often. The trading activity has remained exceptionally high, and continues to climb. Long termer's, this is where you want to put you money, as this may be the next issue of this tiny price to graduate to the AMEX or beyond. Keep an eye our for this stock to meet our next profit target shortly, and we have seen a bit of buy the rumor, sell the news recently so one needs to be on their toes. ____________________________________________________________ One Voice Technologies Inc. We are waiting for more interest in their voice recognition products that are the best out there. Volume has fallen quite a bit on no news, which will only add to the volatility if anything positive does come out. ____________________________________________________________ 21st Century Technologies TFCT Quick Snapshot Quick Links Closing Price: $075 1-702-248-1588 52 week high: $.196 SEC fillings and insider transactions 52 week low: $.0032 Charts Yesterdays Dollar Volume: N/A Time and Sales Yesterdays No. of Trades: 442 Financials Avg. Keep these kinds of sell conditions to yourself, and only execute when necasary. Use the stocks liquidity as a guide and give yourself enough of a cushion to get out comfortably. Also, when trying to determine the right price, keep in mind that a simple support level is not a good spot. This practice will lead to you consistently selling on the dips. Instead, find a happy medium, and plan on buying shares back at the support level. | Penny Stocks Daily Monday, July 26, 2004 Good Morning, The markets simply had a bad day on Friday with not a lot of bad news. Today will be the key to determine short term direction. We will almost definitely bounce back, but the level of which will be the determining factor. A small dead cat bounce will likely send the markets crashing through this years support levels, just as the NASDAQ has already done, throughout the rest of this week. We expect Earnings to remain mixed, but depending on who comes out on top, we could see the markets again focus on positive results, and trend back towards the upper band of this trading range. One thing is for sure, the markets have a lot of work to do if they expect to finish the year positive, but a nice end of the year rally could cause a repeat of this year and subsequent 8 month rally. We will watch for the S&P 500 and the Russell 2000 to break through to new lows this week. We actually saw some support remain on the OTC BB which generally tends to lead the major averages. This may be a sign that the bottom is near. Further confirmation would come today if we could get some huge volume and price increases. We will continue to try and spot any inverse relationships on this market. New Initiatives and Recent Developments We are currently heavily invested in Penny Stocks in order to take advantage of an imminent change in sentiment. We have the rest of our cash tied up in the QQQ which came very close to our stop loss level of $34.00 on Friday, after entering the trade at $34.50. We will continue to keep the same limit, and as usual, only expect to earn a few percentage points on the available cash in our portfolio, but will always pull money out of this issue as needed to add to any of our current OTC BB positions. This issue trades with the liquidity of a listed stock, and we will stick around as long as that does not change. Will will also likely be turning this issue over more that usual, as the volatility has thus far not allowed us to become as heavily invested as we would like. We have already bought and sold this issue once, and bought again, which will probably continue. Our current targets will remain intact for now. ____________________________________________________________ One Voice Technologies Inc. All of the ratios and rules that you may be used to are simply thrown out the window. We have tons of criteria for our screening process, although it is important to look at all of the numbers in relationship to the company itself. For example, if your minimum number of shares outstanding for these issues is 50 million, you will miss tons of good companies that have shares outstanding of between 50 million and 100 million shares. Take each case separately and look at all of the numbers before arbitrarily throwing out a stock just because it doesn't fit into a nice little package. The fact is that these companies are unique and every issue has it's good and bad point's. The trick is to find ones that exhibit the most potential. Many traders prefer not to look at companies with no earnings, but in this world, earnings are very scarce, and we must keep that in mind.
