| Yesterday's Highlights |
the Summer on the OTC BB and Pinks Sheets, which has come at an unusually late time, but nevertheless, we will try to stop harping on the subject. For now, and for the next month or so, we will focus on the few stocks that are active, and typically we look at how many stocks did more than 1000 trades, where as now we would look at those managing more than 500 trades. 13 stocks did just that yesterday, and three out of the top five were pink sheets, including the top two. Pink Sheets issue VTSS was the only stock to do more than 1000 trades in the unlisted world, and it just happens to be priced below a dollar. Just as nine out of the top ten most heavily traded did, this stock was relatively muted, but finished down close to 10%. The stock has been heading ever downward, and does not quite appear to be cheap just yet. OTC BB stock UPDA closed at break even on 727 trades after announcing their quarterly results the previous afternoon. They announced revenue for the second quarter 2006 of $128.7 million, an increase of 36% over second quarter 2005 revenue of $94.6 million. Net income allocable to common stockholders for the second quarter 2006 was $9.2 million, or $0.50 per diluted share, compared to net income allocable to common stockholders for the second quarter 2005 of $2.2 million, or $0.13 per diluted share. The stock had been up early on the news, but quickly settled back to where it began or lower. SLJB, a pink sheet security now priced at about a dime, fell 23% on 705 trades. After announcing that a deal with Emaar Properties will generate $124 million in revenue over the next 12 months, yesterday afternoons announcement that they intend to seek a listing on the Dubai International Financial Exchange, the stock dipped a bit. The only positive story of the day as far as the most actives are concerned came from OTC BB stock FMLY, up 25% on 517 trades. This occurred after announcing in the morning that they intend to begin an open market stock buy back program, which can sometimes increase the value of remaining shares. The flurry of buying that followed, however, was short lived, as the stock gapped up by close to 100%, but then sank back down all day long. With a Friday upon us, and the possibility of one of the slowest days of the year, unlisted stocks may have no choice but to continue the price action trend of the previous session, which was down, but not out. |

story of the day yesterday, and gapped up by close to 100% only to fall all day long, we believe that the positive action on a decidedly negative day bodes well for this morning. We also believe that new support for this stock could lie right at a penny, and we could easily see a significant bounce from there sometime during todays session. Again, we would not be looking for a double in ten minutes, but would look for something similar to what occurred for the stock yesterday on a closing basis, around 25% with a fairly patient time horizon.. |

Please note: PAIV has initiated a reverse split that has just been approved by the NASDAQ. This does not look good, so we will be dumping all of our shares purchased on Wednesday immediately, and as soon as possible this morning. The announcement came after the bell yesterday, and the new ticker symbol is PAVC. A 1 for 200 reverse split is generally not a good thing, and we do not see anymore upside at this point. If there are any problems with your online brokerage or trading platform updating with the new symbol, be sure to give them a call right away. The stock may not open right away this morning. After disposing of a position last Friday, and adding a new one this week, we still remain relatively;y overweighted in cash, thanks to taking some profits over the past month or so, and adding to a few positions which are now in profitable territory. For this reason, we have raised a couple of our second or third buy conditions for our current positions, and have also already started to shrink our list of possible new additions on our Outside the Portfolio Watch list. Should a few of our positions remain in an excruciatingly tight trading range, we may begin to do a little bit of reshuffling next week for the Summer doldrums. MCDG We saw a little bit of bargain hunting earlier this week on no news, and it will be interesting to see whether or not the stock can get above $0.20. If that does occur, we will likely be shifting around some conditions. MTNA This stock recently perked up after a flurry of promotion just after we were able to add to the position and bring our weight up and average price down. Although this type of advance is not sustainable, we will be watching very closely to see where support may lie going forward. MOBL This long time holding of ours continues to stabilize, and everyday we see it close above $0.15 adds to the stability above a dime. Despite making several buys already in this position, we still remain comfortable. We believe that the rebound has the result of only a fraction of the realization to come that this stock is still quite a bit undervalued. NEOM Two positive events earlier this week may continue to keep the stock propped up, and it will be interesting to see whether or not the stock can break back above $0.20. PAIV Although we just added this position, we will be disposing of it as soon as possible, please see above. |

Although we don't suggest watching for news story's from your companies every minute of every day, you do need to keep an eye out for very bad news. We never buy on good news and even more rarely buy on bad news. If you do happen to catch a fundamentally destructive news story in a stock you are in, do not be afraid to sell immediately. On the OTC BB, story's typically take from twenty minutes to two days to play out. If you miss the story be ready to take advantage of the dead cat bounce that is likely to follow. Most of the time you can get away with a small profit and then be out of the stock completely for the slow downdraft that will probably continue. We only buy on no news which hopefully gives us an advantage. |

| Yesterday's Highlights |
Sheets markets, and yesterday was about the slowest day we have seen since last Summer, as only one issue managed to post over 1000 trades, FHAL. This stock has essentially been the liquidity leader for a couple of weeks now, but is priced above a dollar. The anemic activity at best showed some positive price action at least, and in that respect AOOR led the charge with a humble 18% gain on 831 trades. This occurred on no real news, other than an ownership for filed late the previous afternoon, and was due primarily to some follow through momentum from the past couple of weeks due to a slight appreciation in metal prices. As we troll down the list, nothing else really stands out from yesterday, other than KWBT, which gained close to 55% on around 600 trades. This occurred after they announced that they had signed an agreement with China Hua Yang Roneo Corporation. China Hua Yang Roneo Corporation has agreed to order 200,000 tons of urea. The urea will be mixed with Kiwa's products, particularly Kiwa Yimuling, a bio-fertilizer, which will be sold pursuant to a separate contract to be entered into between the parties. The term of the agreement is 18 months and is extendable for an additional period of six months. The value of the contract is US$34,000,000, based on a value of US$170 per metric ton. Every day this week has brought lighter and lighter activity, and although Thursdays are generally on of the most active days of the week, the aforementioned trend may continue, and we can only imagine how slow Friday could be. |

We were able to add a brand new position to the portfolio yesterday in PAIV, as the stock handedly came down below our buy condition. Everything else is again stuck in an extremely tight trading range, and we will hold tight with our current positions. We are still looking to possibly add yet another new position to the portfolio sometime soon, and we will continue to build and refine our Outside the Portfolio watch list. MCDG We saw a little bit of bargain earlier this week yesterday on no news, and it will be interesting to see whether or not the stock can get above $0.20. PAIV This stock dipped early in the session allowing us the opportunity to add shares to the portfolio below our conditional buy target yesterday. The stock does appear to be stabilizing. The stock has seen a lot of hype over the past few weeks, however, we believe that there is quite a bit of substance resulting from the recent merger with Jupiter Global Holdings, Corp. Either way we are treating this as our highest risk position currently, and please note our rather tight conditions above. |

Step back every now and then to look at very long term charts and data of the stock market. Look at historical valuation levels incorporating earnings and dividends. This will give you an advantage over the average day trader and give you a road map for your long term goals. Although there is no useful or unbiased index for the OTC BB, one can formulate a historical bird eye view of tiny stocks using other indices. Look at the AMEX to start and then mentally blend it into the NASDAQ of the seventies. Then blend into the Russell 2000. Try and find historical micro cap valuations and compare them to the stocks you are watching. Look at stocks that have grown from penny stocks to large caps and vi-ca versa. This will help you gain perspective into the current bull market. |

weeks, and it is as close to official as possible, the Summer Doldrums are upon us. Please be aware, however, that judging from the activity levels we have seen so far since labor day, when traders do come back in force in a month or two, you can bet that the OTC BB and Pink Sheet markets will be as heavily traded as ever, if not at record levels. For now, however, we will have to settle for only five stocks doing over 1000 trades, only two of which are priced below a dollar, and only one of which was an OTC BB issue. VTSS, was the Pink Sheet able to manage over 1000 trades, and it did so with negative action, falling just around 10% which seems to be a daily theme for the stock ever since it began trading on this venue about a month ago. A conference call highlighted by there 8K filing yesterday apparently did not help matters either. Things were muted all around as far as price action was concerned as well, and the only OTC BB stock below a buck to make it close enough to the top of the list to be noted was CBCL, a sub penny issue that gained around 10% on around 1000 trades. Despite a little bit of action recently in the Oil and Gold markets, there has been no influx of volume that is directly related for some time, and today will likely be no exception. In fact, we may continue to see an overall decrease in activity all week long. |

Portfolio list, has been a heavy trader, and has been in this spot before. Yesterday's action coupled with that of the last couple of weeks leads us to believe, however, that a continuation of yesterdays late day positive movement could be in order. | Todays Potential Moves |
We have been narrowing our list of potential new additions to the portfolio in our Outside the Portfolio area over the past days and weeks, and have finally decided on an entry point today. We will need to see our conditions met however, and we will also be treating this trade as fairly high risk, and will be using a slightly smaller amount of capital than usual, and will have a tighter stop loss area as well as a shorter time horizon. With that said, we do see enough potential in PAIV for a possible double, although our target for at least half of the position will be somewhat more conservative. We will buy shares of PAIV today with 6% of our total portfolio value if and only if we can get them for $0.074 or less. MCDG We saw a little bit of bargain earlier this week yesterday on no news, and it will be interesting to see whether or not the stock can get above $0.20. Ultra day trading as we call it can be profitable, but only if you have a distinct advantage. We typically do not engage in rapid fire trading and getting in and out of positions in an hour because of excessive trading costs. We are not opposed, however, to setting aside a small amount of money to play with day in and day out. When you watch a large number of stocks all day for a long period of time, sometimes the enhanced level II knowledge can present a no brainier trade. The felling of "hey, we've been here before" can result in some quick profits. This is the only place that tight stop losses are important as these tiny trades can turn against you quickly and result in a somewhat less fun result. |

| Yesterday's Highlights |
we have seen in some time, and just as Congress gets ready to take there Summer vacation, it appears that the unlisted world may be taking it's cue from them. So far, it has been an extremely active Summer, and we just have to expect a slow down at some point, and we will just be thankful that it may only be less than a month this time around, as opposed to several months. We will just have to wait and see what occurs, but yesterday, there were only five stocks total that managed to post more than 1000 trades each, none of which managed more than 2000. Price action was positive, and the biggest story of the day was without doubt, SPCI, which closed up 200+% on around 14 trades after being up as high as 3 cents from $0.004. This occurred on no news, however, this morning the CEO issued a press release stating that any rumors on message boards about an impending merger were completely false. That will take some of the steam out of things today, but more importantly, it is a very good idea to steer clear of companies that are so interested and focused on what people are saying about them in message boards. This is the kind of action that is indicative of a company more interested in marketing there shares to the public than there products. ONEV saw some action which it has not seen in some time. The company, which holds some fairly worthy technologies, announced that they had signed a multi-year agreement to host and develop solutions around One Voice's MobileVoice(TM) services in India and throughout Asia. One Voice's MobileVoice service includes Voice-Dialing, Group Conference Calling, Reading and Sending E-mail and Voice-to-Text SMS Messaging, all powered by One Voice's patented voice technology. We will be watching overall liquidity very closely today as we are relatively concerned with the slowdown seen yesterday, and we know that one day does not a trend make. |

We have narrowed our list of potential new additions to the portfolio in our Outside the Portfolio area to just three stocks, and will almost definitely hone in one just one to make a purchase in tomorrow. In addition to seeing which one may become the most attractive, we are also watching to see which one may have the most sustainable liquidity. After disposing of APLL a couple of days ago, we now stand with an over abundance of cash in the portfolio as compared to high risk stocks. This gives us plenty of opportunity to add to any of our current positions should they reach a new buy conditions as well. MCDG We saw a little bit of bargain hunting yesterday on no news, and it will be interesting to see whether or not the stock can get above $0.20. If that does occur, we will likely be shifting around some conditions. MTNA This stock recently perked up after a flurry of promotion just after we were able to add to the position and bring our weight up and average price down. We believe that the rebound has the result of only a fraction of the realization to come that this stock is still quite a bit undervalued. NEOM Two positive events yesterday may send the stock higher, and it will be interesting to see whether or not the stock can break back above $0.20. First of all, it is always a good thing when a company decides to reneg on a share offering, which is what the Form RW is about. Secondly, mentioning a big company like Kraft Foods in a press release is a good thing, even if it is Kraft Italia, and is simply a promotional campaign. Either way the stock will likely be in focus today. |

When scanning for penny stocks be sure to include NASDAQ small cap, AMEX, OTC BB, and Pink Sheet stocks. There are only around 150 NASDAQ and AMEX stocks that trade under a buck. Although we normally do not trade these issues, it's important to get a feel for how they stack up against our unlisted securities. We rarely trade pink sheets because there is such little information available but we watch them because there are many popular fallen hero's that soak up a good percentage of trades per day. There are hardly ever any NYSE stocks under a dollar and when there is one it is important to watch it to see what happens. The main advantage besides the lack of ECN's to trading OTC BB stocks is that they are in little or no danger of being delisted. You don't have to worry about which stock will get an extension to the NASDAQ minimum bid price and who will and won't get favorable treatment. Some of these stocks can be good companies but just a hint of delisting can send them into a downward spiral with no hope of returning. Meanwhile there are thousands of penny stocks on the OTC BB, some of which are better companies than their NASDAQ rivals. With so many stocks available for us to trade on the OTC BB we must be careful to look only at ones that have similar trades per day and volume than listed stocks. It's easy to see that OTC BB stocks that have had nice run ups started out with one little spike and heavy volume, settled off a bit and then later picked up more and more momentum. One must realize, however that there are twice as many issues that spike up and add volume for the first time and then return to the doldrums for months or years. We feel the only way to avoid this is to have a good perspective on where all of the penny stock traders are, where they have been and where they may be going. We may watch a couple thousand stocks, but there's only a few hundred that we will consider trading. |

though six full issues managed to do more than 1000 trades each, only one, VTSS, a PINK SHEET, was able to post more than 2000. The stock has been on a slow down draft ever since it began trading in this venue about a month ago. The next issue was FHAL, which has been heavily traded for a couple of weeks now, and also finished right at a buck. After a huge advance on Thursday, IGAI lost quite a bit of ground, and showed which way it was going to go early, as it lost 43% of it's value on the session. The stock had run up on an explanation of their quarterly filing. The story that took it's place on a relatively slow Friday, however, was ECUI, which advanced 260% on around 1200 trades. This occurred after the company filed a form RW with the SEC. This filing stated that they had withdrawn the Registration Statement on Form SB-2 originally filed by the Registrant on May 13, 2005. The Registrant is requesting the withdrawal because the Registration has terminated the financing agreement detailed in the Registration Statement. No securities were sold in connection with the Registration Statement. This is particularly interesting today because one of our current portfolio holdings, NEOM, has just filed the same form with a similar theme early this morning. Our active trader of the day for Friday, PAIV, saw a 33% advance, and is certainly worth mentioning. We also saw a huge decrease in activity for MERQ, which had been hogging up quite a bit of the dollar volume usual spread around on the OTC BB and PINK SHEETS, not to mention the continued decrease in trade for long time liquidity leader XKEM, which only managed 700 or so trades. The stock continues to be liquid, just not overly so, which is why we continue to watch it as a possible new addition to the portfolio. Overall, we would expect the first part of this morning to be just as slow as Friday was, but we could easily see a pick up later in the session. |

We disposed of entire position in APLL on Friday just as we had discussed. In addition to some liquidity concerns, there are two events that go hand in hand in our decision. First of all, the price of Gold has been on a tear to the upside all week long, and we have barely seen a budge in the stock price. This is likely due to the issuance of around 100 million new shares at the beginning of the week, and if Gold had not been trending up, we would have likely seen a decrease in price rather than a stabilization. The risk factor going forward was just to great, and we may come back to the stock sometime in the future. We have been looking to add a new position to the portfolio very soon but we have yet to fully hone in on one of our Outside the Portfolio stocks that has become cheap enough. We have added a few to the list today, but will likely be narrowing it extremely fast, and are looking to add a new position within the next day or two. For today, in addition to studying these stocks, we will need to keep a close eye on all of our current positions. NEOM may be on the move today with two positive stories out. MCDG News this morning is very unlikely to move the stock price, however it does give us an idea of the talent level on their board. From a technical standpoint, we remain relatively comfortable. Even though the stock has remained in a fairly tight trading range we have yet to see it breech any of our conditions. We would perk up and perhaps have to make an adjustment if we see the stock dip below it's recent low of $0.15. For now, we would still be looking to add to the position should that occur, but only at our preset conditions above. MTNA This stock recently perked up after a flurry of promotion just after we were able to add to the position and bring our weight up and average price down. Although this type of advance is not sustainable, we will be watching very closely to see where support may lie going forward. MOBL This long time holding of ours continues to stabilize, and everyday we see it close towards $0.15 adds to the stability above a dime. Despite making several buys already in this position, we still remain comfortable. We believe that the rebound was the result of only a fraction of the realization to come that this stock is still quite a bit undervalued. NEOM Two positive events this morning may send the stock higher, and it will be interesting to see whether or not the stock can break back above $0.20. |

PAIV XKEM PAIM GZFX Ultra liquid possible day traders: Stocks on the OTC BB and PINK SHEETS below a buck that have bee very active for some time now. |
Although electronic trading is good for the average retail trader, The OTC BB can be tricky. When comparing the NASDAQ to listed stocks on the NYSE and AMEX, Over the Counter trading wins every time. No where else can you receive a guaranteed execution at the best advertised price at lightening speed. However, when trading penny stocks, that guarantee is typically only for 5000 shares. With the tiny price of these stocks, 5000 shares can be meaningless. One way to gauge how many shares are really available is to not only see how many separate Market Makers are on the inside Bid or Ask, but to see which firms are there. Larger MM's will typically provide larger liquidity, although not always. Nite and Schwab are the biggest and if you see both of them on the inside, you can bet there's plenty of shares to go around. GVRC is huge as well and along with Schwab tends to cater to retail investors. Knowing the size of your Market Makers will give you a great clue as to the size of their offerings and seeing a small firm soaking up tons of shares or cash on the inside will tell you even more. |
