| Penny Stocks Daily Friday, July 9, 2004 Good Morning, With a possible slowing economy, the recent earnings warnings and shortfalls have caused quite a sell off. GE is the first major company to report this quarter and there numbers look great. This will cause a modest rally in Blue Chips as investors realize that the recent selling has been overdone. We expect to see 20% earnings growth for the rest of the companies to report as a whole. We do , however expect the market to have a tough time finishing the year in a positive manner with the retail sector cooling off, and continued fears of a terrorist attack near election time, which may have it's own ramifications. The market will have to make it's gains during the next couple months of Summer, or during December. The OTC BB appears to be stabilizing for now and many issues may be near short term lows. Volume is weak but consistent, and almost all of the 1.5 billion shares were traded in issues below $.50. Decliners beat advancers by 8 to 1 and the number of unchanged issues remains relatively high. The major Indices will have to show signs of a clear bottom before investors will venture back into any high risk issues after being burned so many times before. ____________________________________________________________ The Portfolio Atng Inc. We will probably not average down again as we are already overweighted for such a low priced stock. We still feel confident that this is simply the usual shake out before a nice pop and will not initiate any stop losses for now. We have lowered our profit target slightly to reflect the previous high and will take half profits at that point. This company has made to much progress to give up on it so soon after they have finally made some money. We hope to see an 8K soon. ____________________________________________________________ Bio One Corp BICO Quick Snapshot Quick Links Closing Price: $.10 www.bioonecorp.com 52 week high: $.585 SEC fillings and insider transactions 52 week low: $.0600 Level II Avg. We expect good news from this small company soon. The average volatility is very high, although it has slowed recently. ____________________________________________________________ MobilePro Corp MOBL Quick Snapshot Quick Links Closing Price: $.158 www.mobileprocorp.com 52 week high: $.295 SEC fillings and insider transactions 52 week low: $.0038 Charts Avg. We continue to see proof of there acquisitions but admit that they have slowed slightly in recent weeks. This is not necessarily a bad thing as they begin to integrate all of the businesses. We will expect to see some numbers shortly regarding these new subscribers and how much they affect revenues. ____________________________________________________________ One Voice Technologies Inc. We would expect to hear something regarding the one they already have, including but not limited to applications for their AIDS testing device in the third world countries that they have been talking about. ____________________________________________________________ New Initiatives and Recent Developments We will hold off on our QQQ purchase or other ETF for now as we do not expect todays rally to be anything spectacular. We are also becoming overweighted in Penny Stocks and will have to wait for cash to come available naturally. We have plenty of capital available to add to any of our positions that meet our buy target, MoblilPro is probably the closest. We will hold off on any new buys until next week. Daily Tip When researching penny stocks it is very important to have an open mind. All of the ratios and rules that you may be used to are simply thrown out the window. We have tons of criteria for our screening process, although it is important to look at all of the numbers in relationship to the company itself. For example, if your minimum number of shares outstanding for these issues is 50 million, you will miss tons of good companies that have shares outstanding of between 50 million and 100 million shares. Take each case separately and look at all of the numbers before arbitrarily throwing out a stock just because it doesn't fit into a nice little package. The fact is that these companies are unique and every issue has it's good and bad point's. The trick is to find ones that exhibit the most potential. Many traders prefer not to look at companies with no earnings, but in this world, earnings are very scarce, and we must keep that in mind. | Thursday, July 8, 2004 Good Morning, There are several reasons for the market to be stalling right now, several of which have been with us for quite some time now. Oil continues to be a pest, the dollar is at multi-month lows, the jobs recovery is slowing as well as the economy, and there are now questions as to whether or not the FED will bother raising rates again so soon. Add lackluster earnings with weak outlooks and we have gone back in time by a few years. Oil will come down towards the end of summer as it always does, the FED will continue to raise rates slowly, inflation has not reared it's ugly head, violence in Iraq and elsewhere will continue to slow, or at least our perception will, and the majority of earnings will still be positive. The stocks market is becoming quite oversold and the lower we go at this point, the shaper the rally will be. The farther away we stay from this years lows, the better chance we have of breaking through to new highs. We expect a bit more downside that may end in a mid-day reversal within the next few days. We are likely to see a lot of short covering and bargain hunting soon. Volume continues to be low on the OTC BB as well as prices and we have seen a contrast to the recent reciprocal moves between the major markets and penny stocks. For the past couple of weeks, unlisted securities have been moving in tandem with listed ones. Volume continues to contrast, however, with heavy selling occurring in blue chips. All of this means that investors have plenty of cash available and some is sure to float our way once the rally comes. Whether or not this market leads or lags the rally is not important. ____________________________________________________________ The Portfolio Atng Inc. There appears to be more folks hanging around than usual given the recent floor of $.0061 as opposed to the last bottom of around $.0045. This position finds a bottom on anemically low volume time and time again only to skyrocket by 100% or more. We will most likely be selling the entire position whenever the next pop occurs. We will need to see more evidence of profits. ____________________________________________________________ Bio One Corp BICO Quick Snapshot Quick Links Closing Price: $.105 www.bioonecorp.com 52 week high: $.585 SEC fillings and insider transactions 52 week low: $.0600 Level II Avg. This appears to be a short term bottom and with less than 70 million shares outstanding we could see some action once trading activity resumes. This company re-sells and provides proprietary solutions for "lasercard" which provides security and information services among other applications for the business world. They have recently teamed with IBM in Germany and price and volume have come down enough to warrant a buy. ____________________________________________________________ MobilePro Corp MOBL Quick Snapshot Quick Links Closing Price: $.17 www.mobileprocorp.com 52 week high: $.295 SEC fillings and insider transactions 52 week low: $.0038 Charts Avg. We will buy more if it gets to our next buy point. ____________________________________________________________ New Initiatives and Recent Developments We have recently purchased two new issues that are relatively light in trading volume. They are BSIO and TRPL. Both of these issues will move quickly once volume returns. With the major indices approaching oversold levels, we will be initiating a QQQ buy order soon in order to take advantage of an obvious swing. This will not be today, but may be tomorrow and we generally use this type of position as a way to earn a couple of percentage points on our cash, while still having it available to add to our bulletin board positions. We will still be bargain hunting for penny stocks and will probably become as overweighted as possible in the coming days. Daily Tip Remember that trading on the OTC BB is far from regulated and not to expect immediate fills when placing an order. Of course trading volume in a particular security will affect how fast your order is filled but overall there is no way to guarantee that an order will be filled. It is still worthwhile to feel out the market in between the ask and the bid. Even if you don't get filled you will at least get a glimpse into who is bullish and who is not. In lightly traded issues it is sometimes hard to get a fill, even at an ask or bid price. Just sit tight and wait, but don't leave the screen with an order in. The slow execution can be an advantage for us giving just enough time to pull an order out if things turn the other way. | Penny Stocks Daily Wednesday, July 7, 2004 Good Morning, When looking at the S&P 500 the stock market appears to be on it's way down. What a difference a few days makes as we were threatening to break through the highs of the year last week, but are now in a classic down trend. What makes this so convincing is the chart itself. We have been alternating between highs and lows on a monthly basis, but the three highs of February, April, and June were decreasingly lower, and the lows of March and May were lower as well. So where are we headed in July, logic would say around 1075 on the S&P. The problem with this forecast is that once such a clear and simple pattern emerges, it is less likely to continue. Earnings warnings and shortfalls have been plaguing the market recently and we think once the majority of companies report, we will see the numbers being comparable to last quarter. Oil is now even more overpriced when compared to historical supply statistics and will likely head down as the summer travel season grows closer to an end, and World growth apparently slowing. We see the markets heading down for a bit until investors see a good reason to shift cash back into stocks. With that said, a one day rally of 2% plus could change the entire picture dramatically. We have seen trading activity slow dramatically on the OTC BB in the past couple of weeks. We had been seeing above 2 billion shares consistently trading hands every day, and now we are around 1.5 billion. Looking at individual stocks, we see that GWDL initiating a gigantic reverse split caused an average of 250 million shares to leave, but it's apparent predecessor GFYF has taken those shares back. We also saw a huge advancer/ decliner deficit for this market with decliners winning by 8 to 5. We rarely see this kind of shift as stocks are typically evenly divided. We see the OTC BB trail the major Indices most of the time, but have recently been leading. We will have to see where the market ends up today to see which one is the laggard. There is a lot of excitement this morning over MCLD which has entered into an agreement with AT&T. This is the type of situation that we like to avoid, and with AT&T not being the giant it once was may leave us out in the future. Forecast, MCLD opens up 40% and then continues to decline all day and into next week. ____________________________________________________________ The Portfolio Atng Inc. We will have to pay attention, as the best gins will be made that day, and we could meet our profit target immediately. ____________________________________________________________ New Initiatives and Recent Developments We will add to any of our current positions that meet our price targets and have one new issue to possibly purchase today. BSIO has teamed with IBM and price has come down significantly. We will discus this more tomorrow, but for now, we ill buy only if we can get shares for less than $.085. Daily Tip Be sure to use exponential charts rather than linear ones when looking at penny stocks. This will give you the true picture of historical price moves, while putting spike trades in their place. These charts keep the same time axis as but increases the price axis exponentially as it goes up. This is often the only useful way to view Micro Caps as it puts their extreme price moves into perspective. Additionally, they will help you gain a better understanding of volume by instantly seeing that even though volume has doubled, price has been cut in half or vica versa. Technical analysis works better with these charts as well, like moving averages which ignore price spikes more and don't end up giving you a flat set of lines. | Penny Stocks Daily Tuesday, July 6, 2004 Good Morning, With oil prices rising back above $39 a barrel on supply disruptions in Iraq and Nigeria, a lackluster jobs report, and this mornings futures pointing lower, we could be in for some more downside. Whether or not we test the lows of the year remains to be seen, but it's a good idea to know where the support is. We are looking for 1865 on the NASDAQ, 6211 on the NYSE,1085 on the S&P 500 and 9852 on the DOW as key price points to watch. If we can stay above these numbers for the next few weeks, good earnings could send us back up to the upper range, but we will need more closure in Iraq as well as a better grip on oil to finish the year in positive territory. We may very well not make it to the lows of the year, but with todays action, we are definitely falling through the past months trading range. We will also look at these numbers which are the markets previous lows of the year, 1896 on the NASDAQ, 1085 on the S&P and 10,000 on the DOW. If we can bounce off of these numbers on heavy volume, then support of a triple bottom will be validated. We will be watching the Russell 2000 for some insight into higher risk securities. Trading on the OTC BB was exceptionally light on Friday with unchanged issues approaching 2000. This may be due to heavy volume on the major markets, and light trade ahead of the long weekend. This market has been leading the major indices for a while now and we will look for a heavy volume day with advancers beating decliners by a significant amount. Additionally we will look for more issues breaking above 1000 trades a day coupled with gigantic percentage gains. Until then we will be buying more Penny Stocks and adding to our current positions. ____________________________________________________________ The Portfolio Atng Inc. With bollinger bands squeezing this issue, we could see a nice pop on heavy volume. ____________________________________________________________ New Initiatives and Recent Developments We are watching the major markets as well as Penny Stocks to determine a good time to flood our portfolio with low priced equities. Several issues that we had been watching for buy points such as NEOM, APBH, SMTR and WGFL have lost a considerable amount of momentum, fundamentally and technically. For now we will ignore these issues unless something changes. We will likely have several new issues to buy throughout this week and next. We need to be patient to see what is going on in the major indices, and if it makes sense to become overweighted, in Micro-Caps, or put some of our cash into an ETF. Daily Tip When looking at futures for some kind of direction early in the morning, keep an eye on how they change at 8:30am EST. This is usually when key economic data comes out and the swiftness in which fair value adjusts itself is the best indicator of how the markets will open and likely finish the day. Never count on the futures to make easy money, as you will quickly discover the folly in this technique. Instead use them as part of your overall strategy.
