Pink Sheets and OTC BB, however, we did see two stocks below a buck manage more than 1000 trades each. The first of these was recent active trader XKEM, which continues it's heavy liquidity and volatility. The other issue was a bankrupt Pink Sheet, Winn Dixie, WNDXQ, which made the announcement that all Pink Sheet bankruptcies eventually make, that their stock is not cheap at any price and an emergence from Bankruptcy is imminent. It is likely that 90% of those holding the bag with this stock are already gone, and what remains are quick scalp or day traders, at least we hope this to be the case. IMNR lost a bit of ground after a quick advance late in the previous session, and the same fate was apparent for ACHI. CHDT and PTSC continue to show solid support at their current price ranges. Finally, two of the most fundamentally sound stocks below a quarter, MOBL and NEOM both had very nice trading sessions with respect to both volume and price action. Despite a lot of excitement surrounding the FOMC interest rate decision to hit the wires towards the end of the day, we would not expect to see activity on the OTC BB go much faster than a standstill, as Fridays are always weak, and Friday Afternoons are always non-existent. Through in what is essentially a holiday weekend, and we may see the slowest day of the year. |

We may begin to see some of the positive activity in our portfolio that started to materialize a little bit yesterday carry forward into todays session. With today potentially being one of the slowest days of the year, however, we do not necessarily expect any of our current conditions in our five positions to be met, although we will still be watching closely. APLL We continue to look at both of our current Gold stocks, this one and GPXM to try and decide which one we want to keep going forward. We will likely draw a conclusion today, and are currently leaning towards disposing of GPXM, and possibly adding a little bit to this position. We still like the idea of a stock that is tied to the prices of both Gold and Oil. MCDG News of a positive shareholder meeting from this company did little to move the stock. Currently, we believe that despite the weak action and slow trade we have seen essentially ever since getting involved with this position is more than tolerable, considering the way this stock continues to stay pressed up right at the top of a fairly long term trading range, seemingly just waiting to bust through. The stock also remains fundamentally sound at this price range, and we yet to see any dilution despite the higher price. MTNA News early in the week after that this company is ramping up marketing efforts for some metal fatigue detection technology that a couple of State Department of Transportation bureaucracies are showing a lot of interest, and are issuing favorable responses. This could be seen as very good news for the stock, which it is, but could also be overlooked. If we see the stock trade above $0.103 today, it could be confirmation of a break out. Since we added the position to the portfolio a couple of weeks ago, it has been stuck in an extremely tight trading range. We would also be very interested to see volume pick back up a bit today. GPXM We continue to wait for another pop in the price of Gold, and we believe that this stock is very well positioned should that occur. MOBL After a more than decent earnings release, this company did see a little bit of buying, and more importantly, saw a surge in liquidity. The stock is by no means seen the appreciation it deserves, and still remains remarkably cheap at anything below a quarter. This comp[any is also a fine candidate for a graduation to the NASDAQ, perhaps sometime within the next year. |

Although electronic trading is good for the average retail trader, The OTC BB can be tricky. When comparing the NASDAQ to listed stocks on the NYSE and AMEX, Over the Counter trading wins every time. No where else can you receive a guaranteed execution at the best advertised price at lightening speed. However, when trading penny stocks, that guarantee is typically only for 5000 shares. With the tiny price of these stocks, 5000 shares can be meaningless. One way to gauge how many shares are really available is to not only see how many separate Market Makers are on the inside Bid or Ask, but to see which firms are there. Larger MM's will typically provide larger liquidity, although not always. Nite and Schwab are the biggest and if you see both of them on the inside, you can bet there's plenty of shares to go around. GVRC is huge as well and along with Schwab tends to cater to retail investors. Knowing the size of your Market Makers will give you a great clue as to the size of their offerings and seeing a small firm soaking up tons of shares or cash on the inside will tell you even more. |

trades each, which is a pick up in activity for Penny Stocks in comparison to the rest of this week. XKEM, which has been the usual suspect of late, was also the most heavily traded Unlisted Stock of any Price. A not so usual suspect ACHI made it near the top of the list as far as trades, and also showed positive activity. They announced that they had received their first two purchase orders from General Motors for machining production parts on a large volume transmission component utilizing the Company's Laser Assisted Chip Control technology. IMNR rounded out the penny stocks able to do more than 1000 trades, and it to finished in positive fashion. This occurred because some financing details came out the previous afternoon after the bell adding support to the stock at $02, a lot of support. PAYD also found it's way very close to this list with 900 some odd trades, which together with XKEM, PTSC and VRDM are becoming very familiar faces. Although there was some action in the Oil and Gold markets yesterday, the lack of any moves into new territory has failed bring excessive action to the unlisted world, at least not yet anyway. |

We are very seriously looking to add a new position to the portfolio, and considering our current cash weight, do no necessarily need to dispose of anything in order for this to be able to occur. More specifically, we are leaning heavily towards a lower priced stock than we are currently involved with, perhaps something below a nickel. Our continuously shrinking list of "Outside the Portfolio" stocks reflects this idea, and has a few low priced issues to watch. APLL This stock has gotten very close to our second buy condition over the past couple of days, and because our condition was not met on the ask, it was unable to be executed. We will keep the same conditions intact for now, however, we are taking a very serious look at this stock as well as GXPM in the portfolio, and will likely stick with one or the other, not both going forward. MOBL Once again, we believe this stock is extremely cheap at these levels. We also expect to see some appreciation next week either leading up to their conference call, or on Friday immediately following the call and earnings release. This company brings in more revenues that 99% of companies in the unlisted world, and believe it or not is essentially profitable. Also, they continue to announce very substantive and positive developments just as they have always done practically on a weekly basis. |

after a burst of energy on Friday and Monday. This action is the exact opposite of what is the norm, and while we only saw one stock do more than 1000 trades below a dollar yesterday, XKEM, we may see a couple of more today. GRWW sank in tremendous fashion after being run up dramatically a couple of sessions ago. The stock fell all the way from 2 dollars to one buck, basically, and we may see it trade very actively today, and possibly dip back into the sub dollar land. Two day winner MGEN fell by a considerable clip yesterday and although the stock was on the most actives lit yesterday, will likely not be there again for a while. With interest rates in focus today and tomorrow, we would expect Gold to perk up, which will again add some liquidity to the unlisted world, and perhaps our portfolio a bit. Additionally, Oil inventories this week could bring the tiny energy companies back into the spotlight once again. |

trader today. With it's extremely low price, and high percentage moves, coupled with yesterdays added liquidity, the stock could offer some quick opportunities, although a simple buy and hold will likely not work. We would look for the stock to dip significantly, and swing back to the upside by 20-50% or more, possibly several times throughout todays session. Should it become apparent that the stock is simply headed lower and lower, we would look elsewhere. This may be confirmed if the stock dips back below $0.02. Also, we would look to head out should we see the stock completely stop trading around noon or before. |

Market Makers group up at a lower bid for a reason. It could mean that a large number of them want or need shares at that price. Take a look at where each one is willing to sell. If they all have high asks and do not budge, chances are they are leaning bullish and will jump in if it goes down a little. Watch a couple or an increasing number of these MM's to lower their asks to the inside. This will usually cause the rest of them to join their lower bid. This combined with large trades going through at the bid and small 5000 share trades going through on the ask or lower is a sure sign to wait for that lower price. |

| Yesterday's Highlights |
Action was overwhelmingly positive on the OTC BB, with the top seven out of ten most heavily traded all posting solid gains. Six stocks managed to post more than 1000 trades, and we even saw four of those stocks were priced at a dollar or below. XKEM saw a lot of attention once again, but without a doubt, the biggest story of the day came from one of our picks from yesterday, MGEN. The stock saw a second day of heavy buying after reporting that a new website and some new weight loss products are apparently a big success. Since this success has yet to measured in any kind of substantive way, we would be hard pressed to consider sticking around in a stock like this. Our target of over 100% was easily reached, as the stock was up more than 160% at one point, an assumption that the stock will continue higher for a third day in a row, however, would likely be incorrect. PTSC made yet another announcement of a sale of licenses and so forth to major company, Seiko Epson Corp. from their extremely profitable patent portfolio. The stock did over 1000 trades, but did not advance at a blistering pace, which is normal considering where the stock is in relation to the first part of this year, as well as how many of these announcements we have already heard. KLUCQ continued dramatically lower after announcing last week that they intend to emerge from Bankruptcy in a couple of weeks. Pink Sheet, BKMP also deserves attention after seeing close to 1000 trades yesterday after issuing several positive press releases over the past few days. The stock just perked up above our key level of $0.001 where we will begin to look at it. Todays action overall will likely determine how the rest of the week plays out, as we have seen a fairly dramatic pick up from the last couple of weeks during Fridays and yesterdays session. |

APLL lost a bunch of ground and is now very close to a new buy condition. Additionally, we saw some more great news from MOBL. We are looking for a major bounce in the price of Gold very shortly, which could allow for some potential gains in the portfolio. Although Oil and Gold tend to move closely together, we believe that the current focus on Interest rates and inflation will outweigh supply concerns, or lack there of in the global Oil markets. We also believe that MOBL could experience a pop this week or early next week as well, we will just have to wait and see. As far as any new positions, we continue to watch and study our shrinking list of "Outside the portfolio" stocks. APLL We will see how todays action plays out, as we are extremely close to seeing our second buy target for this stock on the ask. Should the slow moves of this stock coupled with the extremely low volume of late continue, we will likely be looking to dispose of this position sometime fairly soon. MTNA As a brand new position to the portfolio, we may have a shorter time horizon than the other positions, but will need to be patient for now. So far, liquidity has held up quite well since our purchase, which may be due to a lot of promotion for the stock over the past couple of days, but we will have to see. GPXM We continue to wait for another pop in the price of Gold, and we believe that this stock is very well positioned should that occur. MOBL Once again, we believe this stock is extremely cheap at these levels. We also expect to see some appreciation next week either leading up to their conference cal, or on Friday immediately following the call and earnings release. This company brings in more revenues that 99% of companies in the unlisted world, and believe it or not is essentially profitable. |

Todays tip is about how to buy close to the bid and sell close to the ask when there is a significant spread. Watch the trades that are going through and try and realize what is happening. Heres an example: WXYZ has a bid of $.02 and an ask of $.025. You see two trades simultaneously go through at $.023 and $.024 both for the same amount of shares. What happened was a day trader had been waiting with a limit order to buy at $.024 and another day trader decided to sell a similar number of shares at $.023 without knowing about the other traders order. The quickest market maker simply bought the $. 023 shares and sold them for $.024 with an instant profit. Your best bet is to not wait for any length of time on a limit order. Instead, in this example to sell, watch the tape and wait for a bunch of big block trades to go through at $.025 and quickly send a sell order at say $. 0239. Hopefully someone will fill your order in the heat of the moment, if not cancel your order within a few seconds and wait a while. This practice will help you save a penny or two and make for a better average. |

actually showed a pick up in activity as compared to the rest of the week. Although only one stock below a dollar did more than 1000 trades, total dollar volume and trades were actually higher than during Thursdays session. We will admit that most of this activity came from one issue, XKEM, which despite its lower price, managed over 15 million in dollar volume and close to 8000 trades. Even though the stock rose 14%, it was more of a topping or peaking day after a month of extreme buying sending the stock from a penny to well above a nickel. Things have not gone quite as well for the next most active Penny Stock, KLUCQ, which lost over 40% of it's value during Friday's session alone. The bankrupt Kaiser Aluminum lost ground after a behemoth advance about a month ago after reporting 38 million in net income. The company has now announced their emergence from Bankruptcy to occur on July 6, which will essentially wipe out any shareholders on record, which is why we have and will continue to see the exodus. Perhaps the best story of the day came from GRWW, which announced that a subsidiary, U.S. Pro Golf tour, not to be confused with the PGA tour, signed a five year agreement with billionaire Donald Trump. The stock busted through a dollar, and on Friday did close to 1000 trades. This makes two sessions in a row of nothing but positive action, and it will likely continue to be an active trader today. After signing an agreement with Wal-Mart to lease space for health clinics in Texas and the D.C. area, ITPD decided to match it's high found on Thursday after the story came out and closed right around there. The stock did do more than 500 trades, and although activity seems to be slipping for now, the stock is among the more stable issues found in this venue. We will need to keep an eye on any new share issuance, however, which becomes more and more tempting when a stock goes from $.20 to $.60. Again, this stock will also continue to be an active trader today, and overall, we may see similar activity to Fridays session, which was unusually high. |

several press releases announcing exponential increases in Revenue, CKEI may be poised to continue with the momentum. The only reasons we believe that this could be the case are technical, which is fine considering our extremely short term time horizon. The bottom line is that the stock saw an increase in trades the second day after the latest press release, and only peaked out at 400 trades with less than a 100% total advance. We also saw a little spike right at the end of the session, and so far this morning, the level II screen appears to be pointing to the possibility of a quick shake out this morning, which means a little bit of patience may be needed before getting involved. We suspect that if the stock finds support at $.016 and rockets back through two cents, we could easily see a third and more robust accumulation period today. If activity slows to a standstill in quick fashion, however, this piece of toast is probably already burnt. |

| Todays Potential Moves |
Last weeks decidedly negative action across Wall Street and into the unlisted world did not leave our Portfolio untouched. We believe that support in several of our issues has held up quite well, however. APLL Should the slow moves of this stock coupled with the extremely low volume of late continue, we will likely be looking to dispose of this position sometime fairly soon. MTNA As a brand new position to the portfolio, we may have a shorter time horizon than the other positions, but will need to be patient for now. So far, liquidity has held up quite well since our purchase, which may be due to a lot of promotion for the stock over the past couple of days, but we will have to see. | Potential Mid-Term Range Trader of the Day |
mid term range trader and short term momentum play in an unusually short term time frame. This stock is essentially poised the exact same way as the stock described above, except Friday's action was only the first day of advances. Once again, we would look for the stock to break through 2 cents for confirmation, but it's relatively recent trading band gives us a target right around 100%. |

Know your Market Makers. Find out what the firms name is and where they are based. Recognizing MM's by name will help you remember what they did the last time and help you make better decisions this time around. Also find out how big they are and if they are a public company, check out how they are doing. NASDAQ's OTC BB website lists market makers by how many shares they have traded for the last few months for a specific stock. This can help you get a fell for market liquidity. A Market Maker that only trades a few shares a month is likely to only provide the 5000 share minimum when they are on the inside bid or ask. A larger and more active one is likely to provide more. Also try and find the Market Maker in your stock that trades a similar number of shares a month as you do. Watch this firm closely and try to mimic their actions and learn from what they do. |
