| Dollar volume on the OTC BB, Pink Sheets and NASDAQ Small Cap once again declined yesterday from the previous session. 1.61 billion total dollars exchanged hands, down form the 1.68 seen on Wednesday, and the 1.8 seen all last week. Once again this is likely due to decreased activity around the holidays, and not much should be taken from it. Decliners edged out advancers in all three markets for the first time since the middle of last week. Earnings are expected today from NASDAQ Small Cap issues STEI, ASFI and XTLB. Also, Pink Sheet Bankruptcy stock ABPIQ is expected to release earnings today. STEI is seen posting 8 cents per share. The Pink Sheets overshadowed the OTC BB from an activity standpoint, as only three out of the top 20 most heavily traded on both venues were Bulletin Board stocks. Only three out of the top 20 posted gains as well. There was one very positive OTC BB mover among this group yesterday, WGAT. The stock saw a second monstrous session for the week after a slight pullback Tuesday and Wednesday. As we mentioned on Monday, the company announced that they have reached an agreement that calls for ACN to purchase in excess of $50M in video phones over a two-year period. Another significant mover on the day was OTC BB issue NTRZ, which climbed 30% on 260 trades, most of which came after 2:00 PM EST. The company announced that it has closed a new credit facility with Wells Fargo Business Credit, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. The initial rate of interest varies from prime plus 2.5% to prime plus 3%. NutraCea plans to use this facility to partially fund further expansion of certain projects that it currently has under construction and to enhance its ability to have additional liquidity available for the Company. |

| and JNIP. NASDAQ Small Cap momentum is being propelled by positive action in Blue Chip land. Positive sectors so far today are Sporting goods, Electronics and Lodging. Negative sectors include Information Technology, Medical Practitioners and Auto Parts. One stock to buck the trend on the OTC BB today is BCST, which is up about 40% on over 100 trades. The company announced its first patent that specifically addresses video compression in the media storage and distribution markets. PSD Mon. Dec 15, 2008 5:45 PM EST Total Dollar volume for the OTC BB, Pink Sheets and NSADAQ Small Cap today was around 1.4 billion, substantially lower than the 1.7 to 1.8 billion per day we saw all last week. We will likely see a continuation of this decline in activity levels through the holidays. Decliners beat out advancers in this same group by about 9 to 7, with the Pink Sheets showing a slightly positive bias. Earnings are expected tomorrow from NASDAQ Small cap stocks PDRT, APSG, FSII, GENT, ADBE and ANGN. ADBE is rumored to post 60 cents a share while APSG may post 18 cents. Bulletin Board sub-penny issue JNIP gained 333% on the day after 734 trades, and was the second most heavily traded stock on the OTC BB behind WGAT, which also saw a positive session, climbing over 250%. JNIP announced after the bell on Friday that the company is in final talks with two large telecommunications companies to do work on about 300 sites. Although not mentioned, a G phone clue could point to T- Mobile as one of the major two big companies. PSD Mon. Dec 15, 2008 10:59 AM EST Despite a negative market on the NYSE and NASDAQ, unlisted stocks are showing a strong positive bias this morning. Between the Pink Sheets and the OTC BB, only one stock out of the top ten most heavily traded is in negative territory so far this morning, the bankrupted Washington Mutual. Very strong action continues specifically on the Pink Sheets, with advancers beating decliners by about 800 to 500. The other two micro cap venues, the OTC BB and NASDAQ Small cap are showing decliners beating advancers. Advancing sectors so far today are Silver, Gold, Copper and Oil and Gas. To the downside are Manufactured housing, Toy and Hobby stores, hospitals and real estate development. Releasing earnings today, mostly after the market close are NASDAQ Small cap issues NDSN, CPII, IESC, IPSU, STRM, SWHC, TITN and WPCS. Pink Sheet stock CYAHF is also slated to post earnings today. NDSN is expected to post 82 cents for Q4 2008, while SWHC may post 4 cents for Q2 2009. PSD 10 stock HSPO is worth mentioning this morning. The stock is up 17% at last check on about 70 transactions. No news from the stock today, and action is likely a continuation of a positive reaction to last weeks press release issued on the ninth. Be sure to sign up to our premium service to get buy and sell opinions and more on this and other PSD 10 stocks. Another stock on the move this morning is OTC BB issue WGAT. The stock is the most heavily traded Bulletin Board stock at last check with 491 trades.
