The Future of the OTC BB – What OTC
    BB?     February 28, 2011  PSW

For many years now there have been two separate
venues for over the counter unlisted securities to
be quoted, the OTC BB and the Pink Sheets.  What
has separated them in the past is the notion of
better quality on the OTC BB due to to full SEC
reporting requirements, and the wide spread
availability of level two quotes leading to better
    transparency.  Today, however, things have
    changed dramatically.

    GAAP Versus Non-GAAP     February 14,
    2011  PSW

When looking at and comparing financial results, it
is important to understand what kind of measures
you are looking at, GAAP, non-GAAP or something
else entirely.  We can also learn a lot about a
company and the industry it is in by finding out what
exactly is and isn't being stripped out.

    Reading Quarterly and Annual Reports
(Part Three)     February 7, 2011  PSW

In part three, we'll discuss why reading the risk
disclosures in quarterly and annual reports is
worth your time.  We'll also address what can and
can't be assumed based on what time of the day,
week or quarter these reports are filed.  Finally,
we'll peek at the income statement, balance sheet
and statements of cash flow to see what we can
learn about the way they are stacked up against
historical results.  Our intention in this series is not
to get into the numbers, but rather, address ways to
save yourself valuable time, and build a general
    research philosophy.

    Reading Quarterly and Annual Reports
(Part Two)     January 31, 2011  PSW

After a very substantive introduction, the quarterly or
annual report continues with so much information,
it can be more than overwhelming.  In fact, it's
designed to be indecipherable by the average
human for a specific reason, Wall Street wants
    more of your money.
In part two, we'll jump ahead a little bit and discuss
perhaps the most interesting (if there is one) part of
the quarterly or annual report, "Management's
Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition
    and Results of Operations".

    Reading Quarterly and Annual Reports
(Part One)     January 20, 2011  PSW

In the first of a three part series, we examine
quarterly and annual reports as a whole, how they
are structured, and where to quickly find pertinent
    information.

What it Means to be Unbiased
    January 6, 2011   PSW Staff

We would like to take a moment today to
address the recent increase in the amount of
biased promotional "reports" hitting the wires and
the in-boxes of unsuspecting folks all over the
world.  Serious Penny Stock traders can tell the
difference between Biased, and Unbiased reports
almost immediately, and we would like to make
sure that you are aware of some of the tricks of the
    trade.

    Intro to Penny Stocks

We won't attempt to define the parameters of
what a Penny Stock is, but rather, try and dispel
some of the myths surrounding them and focus on
what our parameters are.  The Securities and
    Exchange Commission requires all broker/dealers
to obtain written acknowledgment from potential
    penny stock..

    Hedging with Penny Stocks

Using penny stocks to hedge your portfolio
may be a more viable option than you think.
    Traditional hedging typically involves using
complicated options or derivative securities, and
doing it yourself may require opening margin,
    options, futures commodities and foreign
    exchange accounts.  All hedging...

    Tweaking Charts for Penny Stocks

Charting can be a remarkable tool to discover
trading opportunities in Penny Stocks, but it is
important to use them properly and over a correct
time frame.  Typically we use weekly...

    Philosophy

Wall Street can be a scary place for the
individual investor.  Our goal is to help you trade
with absolutely zero emotion.  Greed, fear or
overconfidence should have no place on your
trading desk.  The most important aspect of trading
is the preservation of capital.  Sadly, this is often
    the most difficult...

    Choosing the Right Broker

Many online brokers are suited quite well for
penny stocks, others, however, are horrible.  The
first and foremost feature to check is share
limitations.  With penny stocks you will be
purchasing as many as a million shares or more at
a time.  A half a penny extra per share over say
    1000 shares doesn't sound like...

    Minimizing Risk

When the price action of a penny stock is
displayed on a chart in just the right time frame, it
often becomes not just enticing, but exponentially
to good to be true.  To get an idea as to just how
risky buying a Penny Stock could be, let's look at a
worst case scenario, and then focus on how to
    avoid...

5 Stocks that could Double Quickly
    February 28, 2011  PSW

This week we present five stocks under five bucks
from a diverse group of industries for further
research.  These stocks are undervalued relative to
their peers and are exhibiting tremendous growth
potential.  These micro, small and mid cap stocks
could easily double over the next three to six months
given a continuation of favorable conditions.  These
are not the cheapest stocks on the block, but recent
growth in results, stock price and projections could
continue to bring volatility and upward momentum to
these issues that are all still below $5.

Can Quantum Corp. Leap Over a Lower
    Bar?     February 14, 2011  PSW

Quantum Corp. disappointed analysts late last
month on lower revenues and weaker earnings than
expected.  Sequential growth along with increased
branded sales and an improved financial condition
may not be regarded with enough vigor in future
    estimates.

Power-One Looking to Add to Recent
    Momentum     January 31, 2011  PSW

Power-One has seen some market share gains,
improving margins, and record earnings  primarily
due to the company's Alternative energy units.  The
company expects the good times to continue rolling,
but the stock has stalled a bit over the last six
    months.

8x8 Finds a Path to Profitability
    January 4, 2011  PSW Staff

(VG) and Skype, 8x8 (EGHT) has discovered the
formula for profits first by offering a suite of business
VOIP products and services.  EGHT is seeing
subscriber growth, earnings growth and improving
    margins.

Filtering for Value and Growth:  Entegris
    PSW Staff

Entegris (ENTG) has been growing revenues
and earnings faster than it's stock price, and it now
looks undervalued.  A lack of coverage and
understanding for their results and position as well
as other superficial factors may be contributing to the
low price, but will substance win in the end?

DryShips:  Come Aboard, Just Make Sure
    You Have Your Sea Legs
    PSW Staff

DryShips has seen revenue and EBITDA growth
lately while shrinking expenses, but their balance
sheet has caused some to speculate on a take-
over.  We examine the long term prospects of the
company as well as the likelihood and outcome of
any acquisitions in the industry.  We assert that
DryShips could be a great value play independent of
    any buy-outs.

    Brocade's Quarterly Results: How Bad
    Were They?
    PSW Staff

Brocade's revenue growth has been sub-par, but
a closer look reveals some positive signs.  Could
BRCD be the next take over target in the data storage
arena, or will their diversification strategy give them
legs of their own to stand on.

Somaxon's insomnia drug Silenor, and peer under
    the covers.

Devices, and delve into the numbers.  We also

    Will Unbreakable IPhone Help Terminate
    Competition?
    PSW Staff

In an 8-K filed on August 9, 2010, it was disclosed
that Apple (AAPL) secured specific intellectual
    property rights from Liquidmetal Technologies
(LQMT.PK) in exchange for a licence fee.  This gives
Apple exclusive rights to commercialize the product
in the field of consumer electronics, while
Liquidmetal will retain the right to market it in all
other fields.  The product is Liquidmetal, and it could
help make an extremely sleek and aesthetically
pleasing IPhone that is virtually indestructible...

Is IceWeb Starting to Thaw?     February 7,
    2011  PSW

For the last year or so, there has been a growing
buzz around the concept of cloud computing.
Several acquisitions from major technology players
last year shows just how important cloud computing
is expected to be.  IceWeb is yet to be a big player in
the space, however, it may be holding some key
technology that could change this.  IceWeb also has
several things going for it that most unlisted
    companies do not.

    A Look through New Energy's
    SolarWindow Coating     January 20, 2011
    PSW

    Kraig Biocraft Creates Mutant Spider
    Moths: Great Story, Lousy Investment
    PSW Staff

When this headline came out on September 13,
2010, shares of Kraig Biocraft (KBLB) jumped over
the next few days from below 4 cents to as high as
18 cents.  To get an idea what traders were paying,
the 500 million shares that are issued and
outstanding were worth $7.5 million just a month
ago.  On September 16, 2010, they were worth $90
million.  That's not bad for a company with no
revenues since inception in April of 2006, and
consistent expenses of $1 million a year.  What is
    particularly interesting is...

    Titan Energy's Revenues Jump Started
    by Solar Installations
    PSW Staff

Titan Energy Worldwide is a tiny company worth
only about $15 million that specializes in on site
power generation, energy management and energy
efficiency products and services.  The company has
seen some very substantial revenue growth over the
past year or so, but has yet to turn a profit.  This is
primarily due to inorganic growth by acquiring
several smaller businesses.  At least one of their
new entities based in New Jersey, however, has
    seen some real promise.
When acquired, the business had open orders of
around $3 million in New York, Connecticut and
New Jersey.  The business was merged into their
core subsidiary called Titan Energy Solutions...

GetFugu (GFGU) Not Out of the Woods
    Yet
    PSW Staff

OTC BB shares of GetFugu Inc., (GFGU)
(Currently – GFGUE), jumped 300% on Friday after
announcing that a federal court threw out a civil
lawsuit against the company accusing them of
being a racketeer influenced corrupt organization.
Then today, Monday August 30, the stock climbed
another 100% when they announced a lawsuit of
their own against the law firms bringing the original
civil suit.  Volume was not overly intense, although it
was for this particular stock.  The issue did around
400 trades on Friday and around 800 today making
    it...

Three Penny Stocks you Should Avoid     March 16, 2011  PSW
Bankruptcy is without a doubt the most disturbing word in the language of investing, and for proper reason.
Equity investors know, or soon will, that an investment in a company that goes bankrupt means you lose all of
your money.  Do not think it is a quick death either, in fact, it is quite the contrary.
