Despite Telecom great fall in the early part of this century, the industry has been on the rise ever since 2002 with the
exception of this most recent crash.  The crash, by the way, has taken out more than 60% of the gains seen from 2002 till
2008, all in about two months.  We believe that the sector is worth looking at, and this is one of the only stable enough low
priced micro cap stock in the area.  Modavox, Inc., the customized communications company, is a pioneer in Internet
broadcasting, producing and syndicating online audio and video, offering innovative, effective and comprehensive online

The company has seen two strait quarters of increasing revenues, and a return to profitability for the company may be
eminent.  The balance sheet looks fine, and the stock has a very small float.  The company will have earnings coming out
towards the end of January.  Last time around, they reported for the quarter ended August 31, 2008, revenues were $985,826
